Most all of the B-17s on the list Gary provided do a tour circuit in the summer months to raise money with St. Louis usually on the tour schedule. They charge for a flight on one. I've paid anywhere from $300 to $750 for a flight lasting from 20 minutes to an hour.
Sally B is based at Duxford, England, and is not flying right now as she is awaiting a new engine.
I've flown on Fuddy Duddy (I went with the copilot of the original 447th ship, Jim Hower), Aluminum Overcast (went with a Nav. Who was shot down and at Luft III), Texas Raiders (went with 91st BG pilot), Sentimental Journey, Sally B, and Yankee Lady.
I recommend Sentimental Journey or Aluminum Overcast as the best all around restorations.
