[303rd-Talk] Greetings from N Ireland

Dear Jill
I never met Sadie but I remember North Ireland.  I was the navigator of a crew that flew from Gander, Newfoundland through miserable weather a night in October 1943  and landed in Nutt's Corner and upon landing were greeted with, "What the hell are you guys doing here" "You guys were recalled because of the weather enroute".  Our radio operator fell asleep and never got the message. But we enjoyed the one night we stayed in North Ireland. But we never met Sadie. Hal Susskind, 303rd BG.  Now 93 years young.
