I'm looking to get in touch with Mr. Harry E. Roach III son of 2nd Ltn Harry
E. Roach Jr. navigator of the B17 "Black Swan" (Pilot: 1st Lt Sterling)
belonging to the 303 BG, 427 BS, shot down over St. Pere En Retz (France) on
May 1st, 1943.

I'm an Italian collector of AAC/AAC memorabilia and got hold of the A4
navigator briefcase once belonging to Mr. Roach III' father; the briefcase
bears his name in the standard AAF lather tag.

I would be more than please to reunite the briefcase with any relative of
2nd LT Roach.
