[303rd-Talk] Searching for information on B.B. Cash or B.E. Cash

I am doing some military family research and have run across a B.E. Cash.  I have found out that he was a member of the 91st BG and flew at least three combat missions as a gunner.  I have also found that he was transferrd to the 303rd BG on June 19, 1943.  He was transferred "per par 3" of some document which I have no clue.
 
I recently typed in "Cash" at the 303rd website and there is a Barney B. Cash that looks to have arrived on 19 June 1943.  He was listed under ground personnel.
 
I am seeking any information on B. Cash.  If  B.E. from the 91st is Barney B. in the 303rd is the same airmen, I would really like to know why he was transferred to the 303rd, why he became part of the ground personnel  when he was a gunner while with the 91st, and what exactly did he do in the 303rd as it is not mentioned on the site.
