You can  look at the originals (it's a shame because they are starting to 
deteriorate) at the National Archives in College Park.  When I was there, I 
was mainly looking at reports going back up the chain after the missions, 
which were also teletype, but I did copy a couple portions of some Field 
Orders.

 I didn't didn't copy any of the headers, which I think was what you were 
interested in.   The teletype printouts were continuous and long, not in 
pages, so I was just copying parts I was interested in rather than trying to 
copy the whole message.  

  But at least the above should give you an idea of what they looked like.  I 
was just copying using a little digital camera while reading.   I can't 
remember what level the above orders were from, but I think they were from the 
wing to the group.
