Bob, you have asked a question I can't answer. The "actual time of fall" depended primarily on bombing altitude but it was affected also by the true air speed of the aircraft and bomb ballistics. The time for each type of bomb at given altitudes and true air speeds had to be found by actual tests.  This information was provided in the form of "bombing tables" which we carried in our Bombardier's Kit.
