I am interested in hearing from anyone who has information about an air raid on April 16, 1945 in Straubing, Germany.  My husband was a 9 year old patient in a German military hospital on that date.  He was injured in an air raid in Goerlitz in February and was picked up by the German military and ended up with the same military unit in Straubing.  Eventually American military were responsible in reuniting him with his familiy.  He is interested in hearing from anyone that has any information about the April 16 raid or anyone that was part of  the group that might have helped him find his family.

If my questions and the information I'm looking for is something that would not be appropriate for this wed site, if you would know of another site where I should be looking, I'd sure appreciate knowing about it.
