My condolences, Jerry.  I, too, just got home from my dad, James  
Miller Pierce's, funeral.  You have said so well, what I wanted to  
post, in reference to the members of the 303rd.  Dad was the current  
VFW Post Commander, and they were able to get together a full  
military contingent to do the 21 gun salute and military rites.  We  
were so pleased.

How ironic that many messages the past several days have been about  
the ball turret, my dad's position.  Were he still with us, I, too,  
would have printed them for his opinion.  I love, and am so proud, of  
all of you guys, and will definitely remain a faithful reader.
