To the Bill Dallas family:
My wife Rae joins me in telling you how sorry we were to read of the passing of your husband and father. Living in the same city we didn't see you as often as we should have. But I could always count on Bill's support when I expressed my thoughts in an e-mail message to the Association's command. He will be missed by many wartime buddies as well as Asssociation's friends. Compared to me he was a young man. All our love and best wishes, Rae and Hal Susskind
