[303rd-Talk] Arrival in England

My uncle and his crew arrived in England in Feb 1943 via North Africa.
I am trying to get an understanding of what their life was like when
they first arrived.  Where did they probably land and initially stay?
Did they go through any training prior to being assigned to a unit?
When would they have been assigned to the 303rd?
