Rex,
I don't make the rules about attendees.  Yes, there will be many non-
members there.  They are allowed to register for the reunion and all 
the activities if they are family of veterans -- whether they are 
Association members or not.  Heinz said he might drop in for a day.  
I told him he would be allowed in.  The hotel is public property and 
we cannot control who drops in.  There are no guards at the doors.  
Every year many people do drop in.

I suggest you be careful where you point your "shame" finger.
