Here's a few questions I've been curous about life on base.

Were you allowed to have radios in your Nissen huts?
If not, where were you able to listen to the radio?
Was most of the programs from the BBC or were you able to listen to American Armed Forces Radio?
Was the news from the BBC?
What were some of your favorite programs to listen to?
How about newspapers, were they easily available?
I know there was a base newspaper, were you able to get papers from the states?
