It could be EICH.  It may or may not be a 303rd man.   The family 
thought it read HIGH.  To me it looks more like FIGE or LIGE or TIGE, 
but I sure don't know.  I can't find a matching name in the POW 
database for that camp.  I want it to be EICH, but I think it looks 
more like a G than a C.
