[303rd-Talk] Mess Halls

Printed the picture and showed it to several friends and relatives - all of 
them, just as I did, thought it looked an awful lot like Table Rock.  Went 
over by Gowen Field Saturday, but so much has built up around there, I 
couldn't really compare.  Have left my name and phone number with Gowen 
Field and hope to hear back from them to see if I can get on the base and 
check it out.  Below is a link to a photo of Table Rock. There are certainly 
some similarities, though I'm not certain they are as obvious from the pics 
as they are to those of us familiar with this area.  And it could be it's 
not around Boise at all.  Did find something Saturday that I was not aware 
of - there is a small museum called the Idaho Military History Museum with 
displays from the Civil War through today with one room dedicated to WWII 
and how Gowen Field came into being.
