[303rd-Talk] Round Twip Wabbit - 43-39061

I have been helping a friend research his great uncles B-17 by the above name and serial number.  The only picture I could find of this a/c says it flew with the 379th at Chelveston, but Roger Freeman's book that profiles all B-17's says it was assigned to the 303rd.  I did a quick search on the 303rd site for 43-39061, and it found nothing.
   
  Does anyone remember a Round Twip Wabbit with the 303rd.  She flew, we think, from mid-1944 to the end of the war.  No MACRs match the tail numbers.
   
  Any help appreciated.
