It might be best to download the file, and open it up with some graphics 
program, if you have one.  I've found that my web browser seems to get clogged 
up with the file, since it is VERY BIG.  My browser does what yours does, then 
after a wait, it displays about an inch of the top of the image, then after 
another wait, another inch, then my computer just slows down, so that file may 
just be too big for browser display.  However the file displays fine with 
Paint Shop or PhotoShop.
