RE: POWs.  I believe the 303rd expert on POW matters is Dr,Carl Fyler.  I 
DON'T BELIEVE HE IS ON THIS CIRCUIT but he can be reached at 300 SW 
Yorkshire Rd., Topeka, KS 66608-22, Maybe Gary Moncur has another adress for
