I was afraid that this picture wouldn't help, but it's the only one I have.  I 
don't see the triangle you mention. I didn't think that the picture was marked 
other than the text that identifies the date and target.  I agree that there 
doesn't seem to be any river visible.  My guess is that the target is hidden 
under the thick white smoke at the bottom and right side of the image. I think 
that the target was supposed to be submarine pens on the river.  You might be 
able to locate where the image is from what looks to be an airfield.  
According to the cdrom, the planes were coming in from the southwest. I see 
that the current Bremmen airport is somewhat southwest of the center of the 
city, but I'm not sure if the airport in the picture is the same as the 
current airport, and I have no idea where the submarine pens were located.  
   Anyway, sorry that the river isn't visible. Perhaps images from one of the 
other bomb groups might show it.
