[303rd-Talk] blank messages...hotmail

There seems to be a problem with messages that come from hotmail accounts. 
Apparently hotmail has an option to use "rich text", and the 303rd-talk server 
is set to convert this to text, however instead of converting it, it just 
seems to be deleting all the text.  So if anyone using hotmail sends messages 
that come out blank, try turning off the rich text option before sending the 
message.  
     I don't know if this was a problem with the old list server or not 
however, because I discovered that apparently the old server was discarding 
messages sent in the format that hotmail was using.
