I think it might have been the 2005 directory that was given to him.  
It would have been late in 2004, so it could have been at the very 
first of the 2005 edition.  The one before that was 2003.  I am not 
sure, but it probably was the 2005 one -- we are just a few days away 
from 2007 now.

I got a postcard trying to sell the book Chick's Crew a couple of 
months ago.    I don't like anyone using the directory for things 
like that either, but sadly we cannot control it.  I believe Dr 
Williams uses the small amount of proceeds to fund more WWII 
research.  As a side note, WWII history runs deep in his family -- he 
actually has a sister named  Enola Gay.
