[303rd-Talk] Personal Journals at Molseworth

What was the AAF policy pertaining to keeping a journal at Molseworth? If I remeber reading a long time ago, Officers were encouraged to keep journals for various reasons but that they were to turn them in to OS - intelligence and then sent back to them at wars end. Is this correct? Were the enlisted flight crew also encouraged? How about ground personel? Maurice, you might be able to answer that one. Thanks all!
